Activity : Finish BLOG and report Objective :  Need to summit to supervisor Content/Procedure: To make the supervisor check the plagiarism and also the work from report.  Also completed all the report before due date  Result and Analysis In this week, i have to submit the final report to the supervisor to be marked. But, the report has to be checked using Turning to track the plagiarism percentage. This step is done to make sure all the report is not taken by outer sources. The maximum percentage of the plagiarism is 20%. As for the logbook, i give a link to my supervisor for him to check on my logbook for this FYP 1. Conclusion: In the end, i would like to say the highest of gratitude to my supervisor, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Sabry for teaching me and guiding me all the way to the end of this semester.  

Activity : Make a blog and write a log book Objective :  To make a log book for FYP 1. Content/Procedure: in this week, i make a blog using Blogger .com to make a blog. In this blog, i have to post all 17 week of this semester and the update of my Final Year Project. The format of the Logbook consist of activity, objective, content and summary. by following this format, the logbook would be easier for the readers to understand the content of the week Result and Analysis: that have requirement from the all fyp that need LOGBOOK or the BLOG  Conclusion: In this week, i finished up my logbook and ready to submit to my supervisor on week 17.

Activity : Short meeting with Supervisor. Objective :  To inform Prof. Dr. Ahmad Sabry on the progress of my project Content/Procedure: In this week, i met my supervisor to check up on my progress with him. He ask me to keep going and meet him in the week 17. He also advise me to finish my report writing on time and look back at some of the parts that i can improve to get a better marks for the report writing. Result and Analysis: Need to done the report before the due date Conclusion: After this short meeting, i took my supervisor advise and try to handle my time properly with my report writing and my logbook to complete this project before the dateline.

Activity : Report writing on chapter 3 Objective :  To complete the report writing for chapter 3, Methodology. Content/Procedure: In this week, i finished up my report writing on chapter 3. In this chapter, i have included the block diagram of the project, the flow chart of the project, the design of the project, the component used for this project, the Gantt chart and list of total price of the project would cost. Result and Analysis have do some attachment result to make the project see more details  Conclusion: After finishing this chapter, i can later finalize the report writing after Prof. Dr. Ahmad Sabry to check my report.

Activity : Report writing on chapter 2 Objective :  To complete the report writing on chapter 2 Literature Review. Content/Procedure: In this week, i have done a lot of research on finishing this chapter. In this chapter, we must find the problem that we try to solve and get the statistics about the problem. Secondly, we must find the similar project that is already out there. After that we must compare between this project, which one is batter, is there any features that can be put into my project and the concept of other project. Besides that, we also have to look for information in the journal that is almost the same as our project Result and Analysis: I get to know more about the other project more. Conclusion: After Finishing this chapter, i have further more understanding of my project.

Activity : Presentation Day. Objective :  to present the project to the assessor. Content/Procedure: In this week, i have to present my project proposal to 2 assessor. they are DR. MUHAMMAD NOOR BIN NORDIN and DR. GAN HONG SENG . After the presentation, Dr Muhammad Nor commented that i should add more features to the project to be a degree level project while Dr Gan Hong Seng i give more idea on how to improve my project and i should add more things in my slide. Result and Analysis: do some  Conclusion: After presenting the idea, i have taken some notes from the assessor to improve this project

Activity : Free activity and meet with supervisour Objective :  Do some is searching about the people do the ECG  Content/Procedure : Is work was to make a simple wireless one channel limited 3 lead home electrocardiogram (ECG) transmission system for home and ambulance use.  Result and Analysis The wireless ECG monitoring system significantly improves the quality of life of the cardiac patients reflected primarily in the permanent monitoring.  In case of an accident an immediate alarm is being transmitted to the physician.  A long-term monitoring facilitates the capturing of sporadic events and therefore is an important contribution for the improvement of the therapy and consequently for the health of the patients.  This have been accomplished by Bluetooth technology, ECG detector and personal computer as monitor. Activity : Preparing slides for Final Year Project 1 Presentation Day. Objective :  To prepare a slide for the presentation day Content/Procedure: In this week, i have to prepare my self a slide for the presentation day. I met with my supervisor a few times this week because i want to have a check up with him to make sure everything in my slides are in a great criteria. Dr Ahmad Sabry check my slide to do better presentation .First slide that i have do is Introduction Problem statement Objective Result and Analysis from this slide we have know the introduction what that have the device that compatible with the another  in this slide we have know the problem that we need to focusing about. Conclusion: After a hectic week, a few short meeting with supervisor, the design for the project is done and it can be placed on the report on chapter

Activity : Workshop on methodology Chapter 3 and preliminary result Chapter 4 Objective :  To learn how to rewrite the Methodology and preliminary result  Content/Procedure: Dr Imran shows the slides contains methodology and result for proposal report  he showed what needs to be in proper methodology and result  Result and Analysis Methodology list of the specific objective would have in proposal FYP  restarment of research task  study population and sampling  data collection  data analysis laboratory procedures Conclusion: know how to write a proper methodology in the proposal report able to complete the proposal report with expected result

WE HAVE THE SEMESTER BREAK IN THIS WEEK 

Activity : We have workshop on introduction Chapter 1 and Literature Review Chapter 2 Writing  the  Objective : To guide and build ways better for chapter 1 and literature review Content/Procedure : Dr Imran shows about better ways how to rewrite introduction using the presentation slide. Dr Imran shows what need to be in a proper introduction for the research proposal  Dr Imran explain with the literature review  Result / Analysis: Introduction - know how to rewrite by come out with question : what is the topic of research ? what is your research goal ? review what is know about your research . Literature review  both summary and explaining of the complete and current state of knowledge  Conclusions: Able to write a good introduction for my proposal project  know how to write a good literature review.

Activity : Learn about the ECG using the LABVIEW Objective : To know about ECG and the LABVIEW Content/Procedure : Doing the research about the Electrocardiogram(ECG) Is the ECG compatible with the LABVIEW. Result / Analysis: The Electrocardiography (ECG) Starter Kit Application Software utilizes LabVIEW,  LabVIEW Real Time and LabVIEW FPGA to create a multi-layered application for acquiring electrocardiogram signals.  Most of the microcontroller is compatible with the LABVIEW and ECG. Example microcontroller have using sbrio Can also using Arduino Uno can compatible using microprocessor Conclusions: Able to see the differences using microcontroller. Also learn the basic of the ECG flow  Can gain more knowledge regarding the relationship between ECG and LABVIEW.

Activity : Final week for FYP Supervisor and tittle via online registration Objective : Finalize the tittle Content/Procedure : submit the tittle to Dr Ahmad Sabry  deadline is 24/8/2018 Dr Ahmad Sabry register tittle via online  Result / Analysis: can start the research and discuss what are going to do . software  and hardware that user friendly to use Conclusions: Able to summit tittle on time  study about research that relate to project.

Activity : Learn about the Arduino Objective : To know and learn  more about used Arduino Uno in project Content/Procedure : Doing the reserch about the arduino uno  comparison arduino uno and micro controller  which one more better to do in project  Result / Analysis: Arduini Uno - is a single board microcontroller meant to make the application more accesible which intreactive objects and its surrounding. difference between arduino uno and micro controller, in short arduino uno is made help you use the microcontroller easily. one of the main of the microcontroller  are widely used but arduino is a platfrom based on flexible software . All arduino boards have one things in common .  Conclusions: Able to seethe differences using the arduino and microcontroller  learned about the arduino in basic  gain the knowlegde regarding the relation of the arduino ans microcontroller.

Activity : Final decision on the FYP tittle project and introductory FYP 1 Briefing  Objective : To decide and finalize the fyp tittle project and also the introductory FYP 1 briefing  Content/Procedure : Met the Dr Ahmad Sary and decide on the FYP tittle  Arrange with Dr Ahmad Sabry about the FYP tittle. Dr Ahmad Sabry agreed to use the tittle as the final year project.   Dr Ahmad Sabry asked to remind him about registration into the FYP tittle  Introductory FYP 1 briefing at TTL fram 3pm - 5pm  Result / Analysis: The FYP with tittle choose is "  design OF A WEARABLE DEVICE FOR ECG CONTINUOUS MONITORING USING LABVIEW   " Wearable device for ECG  is new device the can check the heart rate and skin temperature for our skin.
