Activity : i) Completing Logbook for Fyp 2 ii) Submission of FYP thesis, Technical report and logbook. Objective :  Completing the documentation for submitting the FYP thesis, technical report and logbook Content/Procedure: In this week, i have finish the logbook for this project. Also in this week we have to submit the Hardcover thesis, technical report and logbook to complete the assessment for this Final Year Project 2. I would like to thank everybody who is directly or indirectly helping me in order for me to finish this project. I also would like to thank my supervisor Dr. Ahmad Sabry for guiding me with patient and love to make sure i could deliver the best. thanks you so much sir, i will never have enough to repay you. Conclusion: With the submittion of all the assessment, my Ride for Final Year Project is over. Many information i have learn in this project and it is very useful for me in future.

Activity : i) Completing the writing for technical paper. ii) Printing hardcover for thesis. Objective :  Write a quality technical paper for this project. Content/Procedure: in this week, i have completed the writing of the technical paper. The technical paper is a summarization of the thesis report but with a different style of writing where the writing need to have the citation of the reference in the report. besides that, the word have to be simple, short and straight to the point. the results also must be very clear and we have to make sure it achieved the objective of this project. Besides that, i also have done the printing of the thesis hardcover and ready to submit the report on time. Conclusion: The technical paper is done on time and the flow of this project and its report is in good flow.

Activity : Technical Report writing. Objective :  Completing the writing for the Technical Report. Content/Procedure: On this week, i have done my technical report writing. Technical report is a bit different from the thesis because you have to cram the whole thesis into 5 pages of the technical report. Only the important parts needed to be placed in the report and no need to explain in details about the project. The most important thing in the technical report is how to display the results of your project and the method used to gain the results. Conclusion: on this week, i have settled the technical report writing and i will soon send to check the plagiarism becausce the plagiarism is little bit high 

Activity : Completing the thesis writing and get the plagiarism % checked before printing the thesis to make a hardcover. Objective :  The thesis writing is settled by this week and ready just to edit if any problems are found in the thesis Content/Procedure: in this week, i have manage to complete the draf of the thesis. I have done chapter 5 ( conclusion ) and the reference for the project. the draf then i send to my supervisor to check the plagiarism percent. Conclusion: the draf is ready to be edited and just waiting for the results of the plagiarism .

Activity : i) Completing Chapter 4 (results) ii) Attend FYP 2 Briefing ( Workshop on writing technical paper thesis writing) Objective :  i) Completing the writing of chapter 4 the thesis ii) learn how to write a good technical report. Content/Procedure: on this week, i have finished the thesis writing for chapter 4. As my project uses the Ad8232 as an output and the output is based on the input inserted by the user, i decided to have a many result than for more than one person test for my project. This is to see what result will get from the different person range. the result test was held in 4 condition that is tachcardia, bradycardia, ventricular tachcardia and lastly is normal result . to get more data on the Ad8232 test, i have decided to try more person in different age weight and also the disease that any body did not have. Activity : Completing writing Chapter 3 (methodology) Objective :  Complete thesis writing for chapter 3 Content/Procedure: in this week, i have decided to take a rest after a very hectic week last week and decided to finish writing my chapter 3 thesis. on chapter 3, i talk about the project flow such as the low chart of the project, the block diagram of the project, the main component used, and the price for completing this project Conclusion: i have finish writing chapter 3 and i should start focus on finishing chapter 4 and chapter 5 as the thesis need to be done before the examination week.

Activity : Final Year Project 2 Exhibition Day Objective :  Get my project to impressed the assessor Content/Procedure: During the Exhibition Day, i arrived at the Laboratory at 8.00 am and start to fill in a few forms before the session begins. Nervous feeling is keep hanging on me but i have to give my best to imressed the assessor. The assessor for my project is madam nazariah from medical department and one industrial assessor. After 30 minutes, both of the assessor come to me. I introduce my self and start explaining about the project. Both of the assessor have their opinion on how to improve my project and how i can sell my project in the industry. After being assessed over 48 minutes, i have done presenting my project. everything went well during the Exhibition Day Conclusion: i may have not won the best project, but i have won the best poster for this year. thank you so much to everybody on making my project a very successful project.

Activity : Troubleshooting and final preparation for the project Objective :  Completing the project and making sure the project works smoothly. Content/Procedure: in this week, i have been working hard on making the Connection to AD8232 to make result and the graph out from the heart . After the connection is done, i start to troubleshoot the project. But, with the coding still have a minor problem, it cannot detect a graph from the heart thought the body Conclusion: the project is 80% done with a few things needed to be touch up before the Exhibition Day.

Activity : Finishing the poster for Final Year Briefing 2 Exhibition Day Objective :  Getting the best info to placed on the poster and the best design for poster. Content/Procedure: on this week, i have finished designing my poster for the Final Year Project Exhibition Day. After the first draf of the poster, i have sent it to my supervisor to check the poster. After some discussion, he appointed to me a few things that needed to change to get the best poster. Conclusion: on this week, i have prepared the poster and have done a bit of troubleshooting for my project.

Activity : i) completing project coding ii) Attending Final Year Project Briefing ( Tips & Tricks) Objective :  i) to get the project done before the exhibition day. ii) get a few tips and tricks on the presentation da Content/Procedure: on this week, i attend the fyp briefing that were held on ttl1. the session was conducted by dr sabri and he give us tips on presentation day and how to handle the situation on the day. Dr Mohd Nor also advise us to prepare mentally and physically because some of the assessor will torture the student. Also this week, i have start the progress of coding the Wemos connected to Ad8232. Conclusion: the project progress is on the right track and i have prepared my self for the Exhibition Day.

Activity : AD8232- Single Lead Heart Rate Monitor Objective :  Searching and understanding the information about the sensor that will be used in this project. Content/Procedure: The AD8232 is an integrated signal conditioning block for ECG and other biopotential measurement applications. It is designed to extract, amplify, and filter small biopotential signals in the presence of noisy conditions, such as those created by motion or remote electrode placement. This design allows for an ultra low power analog-to-digital converter (ADC) or an embedded microcontroller to acquire the output signal easily. The AD8232 can implement a two-pole high-pass filter for eliminating motion artifacts and the electrode half-cell potential. This filter is tightly coupled with the instrumentation architecture of the amplifier to allow both large gain and high-pass filtering in a single stage, thereby saving space and cost. Activity : i) Finishing thesis writing on Chapter 1 and Chapter 2. ii) Buying components for project Objective :  i) making sure the project are on the right track and going smoothly. Content/Procedure: On this week, i have done the thesis writing for chapter 1 and chapter 2. on the mid week i meet with Prof. Dr. Amir Bin Abas at his office with my colleague. I have done the connection process for bluetooth and updated with my supervisor and I was given another task to study about the connection of 8x8 LED Matrix connection. I also need have been adviced by Prof. Dr. Amir Bin Abas on how the connection works. The next day after the meeting, I head to Jalan Pasar to buy the components for this project. Conclusion: In this week, i have settled a few stuff in making sure the task given by my supervisor will be done on time. Besides that, i also have finish writing chapter 1 and chapter 2

Activity : Attend 2nd Final Year Project 2 Briefing (Workshop in Results and Discussion) Objective :   To be able to get a few tips o how to write a good chapter 4 and chapter 5 for thesis report. Content/Procedure: On 13.3.2019, the 2nd Final Year Project 2 Briefing have been held at TTL 1, conducted by Dr Imran. In the briefing, we are guided on finishing our writing for chapter 4 and chapter 5 thesis report. In chapter 4 we have to explain how the end results of our project, the output obtained and does the results we obtained manage to achieve the objective we set. Meanwhile in chapter 5, we are guided to write a good conclusion to finish our thesis Conclusion: by attending the Final Year Project 2 Briefing, I now can see to write good thesis and how to maintain the track on succeeding my project.

Activity : Doing research for this project Objective :  i) Do some research on Ad8232 connection and microprosseor ii) Do some research on project circuit connection iii) Completing the Gantt char Content/Procedure: on this week, i have to do the connection for the control panel. After the research have been done, i found the connection for the AD8232 module and Microprossesor. After the connection is found. this week also i have finalized the Gantt chart after a few alteration have been made My gantt chart  Conclusion: With the AD8232 connection is on its progress, we can start to find the connection with other component to make this project successful.

Activity : First meeting with supervisor Dr. Ahmad Sabry Objective :  Planning and discussing the with the supervisor about the flow of the project for this semester and change the project that have do and start. Content/Procedure: on the first meeting with the supervisor, we have discussed about the content gain from last week FYP 2 briefing. After a few changes made by the innovation coordinator, we have decided to compile the the works into a tight schedule because the Final Year Project Exhibition Day is dragged 3 weeks earlier. Dr. Ahmad Sabry have given me a task on doing a research on how to connect and configure the project. Conclusion: In order to achieve a great project, we nee to have a good planning and this week meeting with my supervisor have really make my plan go smoothly as we have reschedule our plan and have a strategy to accomplished this project.

Activity : Attend Final Year Project 2 Briefing (Introduction to Final Year Project 2) Objective :  To get information for the assessment, marks weightage, activities, and FYP rules and regulation throughout semester. Content/Procedure: On the 2nd week, i have attend the first Final Year Project 2 Briefing and it was held at TTL 1. The briefing was held by Dr. Imran on 13.2.2019. The first briefing is to inform us about the semester assessment, what should we plan and do in the upcoming week. We are also informed about the weightage of each assessment marks. There are new addition for this semester that is a technical report needed to be submitted with the thesis by the end of this semester to the innovation coordinator. We are also informed that the Final Year Project 2 Exhibition Day have been set to week 11 rather than week 14 as usual. Activity : Semester registration and Chinese New Year Holiday Objective :  Getting more information about the project. Content/Procedure: On the first week of the semester, i do some research on the way to make the connection from AD8232 can use arduino uno, arduino mega , wemos d1 wifi and other microprocessor . wemos d1 wifi arduino uno arduino mega Conclusion: This week starts in the middle of the week and i have managed to found a component that will make the wifi module last longer.
